1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SEO Sniper ("the Service"), operated by ChrisMO Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

SEO Sniper is an AI-powered platform that generates search-engine-optimized blog content, publishes it to connected platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and others), tracks keyword rankings, and provides SEO analytics. The Service uses third-party AI models (including OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, and Groq) to generate content.

3. Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
One person or legal entity per account — sharing accounts is not permitted
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Plans

SEO Sniper offers subscription plans (Basic, Standard, and Pro) with varying features, site limits, and usage allowances. Current plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Polar.sh. By subscribing, you agree to Polar's terms of service and authorize recurring charges for your chosen plan. We do not store your payment card details.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via the Polar billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@seosniper.io within 7 days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate spam, misleading content, or content intended to deceive
Create content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or violates the rights of others
Abuse the AI generation system (e.g., circumventing rate limits, automated scraping)
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Use the Service to compete directly with SEO Sniper by reselling generated content as a service
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization

6. AI-Generated Content

6.1 Disclaimer

Content generated by SEO Sniper is produced by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing.

6.2 No Ranking Guarantees

SEO Sniper does not guarantee any specific search engine ranking results. Search rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, domain authority, and technical SEO. Our tools are designed to help optimize your content, but results will vary.

6.3 Content Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that published content complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to advertising standards, copyright law, and industry-specific regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content generated through the Service using your account. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

7.2 Our Platform

The SEO Sniper platform, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of ChrisMO Enterprises LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and Google Search Console. By connecting these platforms, you authorize SEO Sniper to access your accounts on those platforms to publish content and retrieve data. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service. We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party platform changes, outages, or policy violations.

9. API and Public Access

If you use the SEO Sniper API, you agree to abide by published rate limits, use API tokens securely, and not share tokens with unauthorized parties. We reserve the right to revoke API access for misuse.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChrisMO Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting support. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

13. Affiliate Program

If you participate in the SEO Sniper affiliate program, you agree to promote the Service honestly and in compliance with applicable advertising laws. We reserve the right to modify commission rates, revoke affiliate status, or withhold payments for fraudulent or misleading referral activity.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
